Hornsby House Inn Wedding – Sheri & Mike
Hornsby House Inn Wedding:
Does it look like you will get some rain on your wedding day? Well, rain was a big part of Sheri & Mike’s Hornsby House Inn Wedding, but that didn’t get in the way of celebrating their I Do’s! The bride had her heart set on an outside ceremony and we still had it outside, umbrellas, huge raindrops and all. I was very relieved that a nice guest held an umbrella over our heads so that we could continue to shoot the wedding in the rain. This wedding story started with the bride arriving to the ceremony site by a horse and carriage, just like a princess! This cute couple was surrounded by a large group of fun and happy people, so we all made the best of it and had a great time. We had some breaks from rain right around the time for wedding party and bride and groom formals, which worked out perfect! So we finished up the family photos inside and hurried outside for a few quick formals before the next storm rolled in. Later on in the evening, we even got the opportunity to take a golf cart down to the beach and get a few evening shots in front of the bridge. Sheri is bridge architect so naturally this backdrop was on her list of must have photos. We came back for some fun dancing and ended the night with a bubble send off!
Congrats Sheri & Mike! These awesome vendors made this day possible: Planning by Tailored Staging & Events, Horse Carriage by Arrivals in Elegance, Hair & Makeup by Blushing Brides, Flowers by Yorktown Flowershoppe, Cake by Incredible Edibles, Chaplain Russ Holland, DJ Matthew Warshewsky and of course the staff at Hornsby House Inn.
